FAQ – Accessing Courses & Tutorials at Creative Heart Studio

1. I purchased a course or tutorial but it’s not showing up in “My Courses.” What should I do?

To access your course:

  • Make sure you’re logged into our site with the same email address used at checkout.

  • Go to the “My Classes” tab to view your purchased classes.
    Still don’t see it? Send us a message with the email you used to purchase, and we’ll help you get sorted quickly.


2. Do I need to repurchase if I already bought a class but can’t access it now?

Nope! If you already bought it, it’s yours. Just log in with the email used at checkout, and your purchase will be waiting for you in “My Courses.” If it’s missing, we’re happy to help—just reach out.


3. How soon do I get access after I purchase a class or file?

Right away! As soon as your payment is complete, you’ll get a confirmation email. Log into your account using the same email you used at checkout and visit the “My Courses” tab to start watching or downloading.
